Wynnchurch-backed Appvion completed the acquisition of Nekoosa from Sentinel Capital.

Wynnchurch-backed Appvion, a manufacturer of coating substrates, completed the acquisition of Nekoosa, a manufacturer of carbonless paper and coated products, from Sentinel Capital, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I’m excited for our teams as we move forward and write a new chapter together.
