Westbury Street Holdings completed the acquisition of Notes Coffee.

Westbury Street Holdings, a contract catering company, completed the acquisition of Notes Coffee, a coffee chain operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Notes offers an exciting new concept for the WSH family; with a London-based roastery and wholesale business, in addition to a day-to-night concept that has been incredibly successful. Notes will benefit from WSH’s expertise in supporting ambitious future growth, continuing to work as an autonomous business,” Noel Mahoney, WSH Executive Director.
