Reynolda Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Unified Health Services, a revenue cycle management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. UHS is a provider of end-to-end revenue cycle management solutions for workers’ compensation claims, serving a diverse array of clients, including hospitals and health systems, medical groups, surgery centers and urgent care/occupational health centers.
