Unipol, an Italian financial holding company that offers insurance and financial services, completed the investment in X Holdings I, a subsidiary of Elon Musk. Financial terms were not disclosed. Unipol was assisted by Chiomenti in the investment in X Holdings I, a subsidiary of Elon Musk, used for the acquisition of Twitter. A team led by the president of the studio Francesco Tedeschini and partner Christopher Mullen acted for the study. Professionals were supported for American law profiles by Debevoise & Plimpton of New York.
