Legrand completed the acquisition of A & H Meyer.

Legrand, an electrical and digital building infrastructure company, completed the acquisition of A & H Meyer, a manufacturer in customizable cable management systems for furniture with production sites in Germany, Malaysia and Brazil. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction helps Legrand to further strengthen its global positions in segments buoyed by strong, structural trends such as energy-efficiency infrastructures as well as solutions for flexible and comfortable ways of working.
