Keensight Capital-backed Valiantys to acquire the Atlassian services division of Addteq.

Keensight Capital-backed Valiantys, a global Atlassian consulting and services firm, agreed to acquire the Atlassian services division of Addteq, a company in providing business solutions to enterprise clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic acquisition will deepen Valiantys’ services capabilities, strengthen its coverage of the financial services and healthcare sectors, and reinforce its coverage of the US East coast region,” Lucas Dussurget, Valiantys Global CEO.
