MünchenerHyp completed the acquisition of Warburg Hypothekenbank from M.M.Warburg and Landeskrankenhilfe.

MünchenerHyp, a real estate bank, completed the acquisition of Warburg Hypothekenbank, a mortgage bank, from M.M.Warburg, a German private bank, and Landeskrankenhilfe, an investment services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have been able to finalise this attractive transaction swiftly as planned.
