Angeles Equity Partners-backed RōBEX completed the acquisition of Vantage.

Angeles Equity Partners-backed RōBEX, a provider of robotics and industrial automation solutions, completed the acquisition of Vantage, a Michigan-based industrial robotics manufacturer and integrator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vantage has an outstanding reputation in the automation field for its innovative technology and a world-class team.
