Damm to acquire Eagle Brewery from CMBC.

Damm, a Spanish brewery, agreed to acquire Eagle Brewery from Carlsberg UK, a English brewery. Finanacial terms were not disclosed. This deal will strengthen our position in the UK market and help drive our brand in the UK, a key market for the company’s international growth.
