DBAG-backed MTW Holding, a manufacturer of buttons and trimmings, completed the acquisition of Fixo Group, a designer and manufacturer of small metal products and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The agreement will allow the company to strengthen its production platforms and widen the partnership with the most important brands of the fashion system.
