DBAG-backed MTW Holding completed the acquisition of Fixo Group.

DBAG-backed MTW Holding, a manufacturer of buttons and trimmings, completed the acquisition of Fixo Group, a designer and manufacturer of small metal products and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The agreement will allow the company to strengthen its production platforms and widen the partnership with the most important brands of the fashion system. It will also allow the promotion of a generational change inside the company, helping the future development," Andrea Zanella, Fixo Founder.
