Atkore, a manufacturer and distributor of electrical, mechanical, and safety infrastructure solutions, completed the acquisition of Elite Polymer Solutions, a manufacturer and distributor of high density polyethylene conduits and specialty conduits, for $92m. “The acquisition of Elite Polymer Solutions strengthens our HDPE conduit product portfolio, expands our national presence and enables us to better serve increased demand for underground protection in the electrical, utility and telecom industries,” John Pregenzer, Atkore President of Electrical business.
