PÖTTINGER completed the acquisition of MaterMacc from Arbos.

PÖTTINGER, an agricultural engineering machinery company, completed the acquisition of MaterMacc, an agricultural machinery manufacturer, from Arbos, an Italian agricultural machinery company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition we have taken another step towards a successful future.
