Main Capital Partners to acquire a majority stake in UHB Consulting.

Main Capital Partners, a private equity company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in UHB Consulting, a healthcare software solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to take the next step together with Main Capital, an experienced partner with extensive expertise in the healthcare software space. The collaboration will enable us to achieve our strategic goals faster and expand the product suite through a buy and build strategy.
