RSBG-backed Lab14 Group completed the acquisition of FOCUS Group.

RSBG-backed Lab14 Group, a provider of advanced manufacturing solutions, completed the acquisition of FOCUS Group, a firm engaged in the development and production of equipment and components for electron spectrometry and surface analysis. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RSBG will support the FOCUS Group in further expanding its position as a premium provider in the field of surface analysis as well as electron and laser welding systems and, in particular through the integration into the LAB14 Group, FOCUS will have the opportunity to position itself even more broadly and expand its business," Marten Patt, FOCUS Head of Business Development.
