B3, a Brazilian stock exchange, completed the acquisition of Neurotech, a technology company specializing in the creation of systems and solutions for artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data, for $120m. “Our objective is to complement our offer of data products and analytical solutions for the market, in the credit, risk and insurance verticals. The acquisition of Neurotech leverages the growth potential of the data and analytics business and strengthens our diversification strategy, contributing to growth beyond the Exchange's core business,” Gilson Finkelsztain, B3 CEO.
