Valesco Industries completed the investmet in Weinberg Capital-backed North American Kitchen Solutions.

Valesco Industries, an investor that focuses on making majority and minority investments, completed the investmet in Weinberg Capital-backed North American Kitchen Solutions, a provider of omni-channel, factory-direct one-stop-shop supplier of customized commercial kitchen hoods, fire suppression systems, fans, and other complementary products.
