PSG-backed Sign In Solutions to acquire Pronestor.

PSG-backed Sign In Solutions, an innovative workplace enablement partner, agreed to acquire Pronestor, a developer of scheduling software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sign In Solutions has a clear focus on the Workspace Management industry, where we believe the growth potential is considerable.
