SKion Water completed the acquisition of Enwa.

SKion Water, a technology and solution provider, as well as a plant manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Enwa, a company that offers water treatment solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining this strong group of companies gives us a unique opportunity to further strengthen all our business areas, as SKion Water has specialists focused on municipal water and wastewater treatment (Eliquo), industrial water technology (EnviroWater) and pool water treatment technology (EnviroProcess)," Flemming Wessman, Enwa CEO.
