Diamond Foundry completed the acquisition of Augsburg Diamond Technology.

Diamond Foundry, a manufacturer of diamonds intended for the jewelry and semiconductor industries, completed the acquisition of Augsburg Diamond Technology, a firm specialized in the synthesis of large-size single-crystal diamonds. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of Audiatec, Diamond Foundry has taken over the technologically leading producer of synthesized, monocrystalline diamond in wafer size.
