Oshkosh to acquire Hinowa.

Oshkosh, an innovator of mission-critical vehicles and essential equipment, agreed to acquire Hinowa, a manufacturer of track-based aerial work platforms, mini dumpers, lift trucks and undercarriages. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to welcoming the Hinowa team into the Oshkosh family.
