Scale Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, led a $14m funding round in Loops.AI, an analytics tool developer, with participation from Cardumen Capital, Brian Balfour, Lenny Rachitsky, Casey Winters, Darius Contractor and Ben Shanken. “Companies are doubling down on profitability and efficiency, so metrics like conversion rate, retention and upsell opportunities are top priorities for them.
