Waterland-backed Xebia completed the acquisition of Netlink Digital Solutions Group from Netlink Software for $43m.

Waterland-backed Xebia, an IT consultancy and software development company, completed the acquisition of Netlink Digital Solutions Group, a provider of information technology services based in Atlanta, from Netlink Software, a provider of information technology services intended to provide its service all over the globe, for $43m.
