Sentinel Capital to acquire L2 Brands from Dominus Capital.

Sentinel Capital, an investment firm, agreed to acquire L2 Brands, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of custom apparel and headwear, from Dominus Capital, an operationally-focused private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The L2 Brands story is very similar to many other Dominus investments where both organic and acquisition growth are part of the strategy. The resources we brought to L2 Brands enabled it to more than triple its size during our ownership period," Gary Binning, Dominus Capital Founding Managing Partner.
