Groupe Lebel, a firm engaged in the transformation of wood into sustainable products, agreed to acquire Les Bois Lemelin, a provider of wood processing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We recognize them for the quality of their human and material assets. This plant is strategically located to collect the products from the board and to pursue the synergy of the whole Group.
