Cube Infrastructure Managers to acquire a 70% stake in Müller Transporte.

Cube Infrastructure Managers, an independent European mid- market infrastructure investor, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Müller Transporte, an Austrian temperature-controlled logistics operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Cube invests in businesses which capitalize on megatrends driving the need for sustainable infrastructure.
