Rantalainen, an accounting firm that provides financial management services, completed the acquisition of Uudenmaan Yritystilipalvelu, a provider of financial services that allows companies to manage their accounting. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Uusimaa's Business Account has had a strong position in Mäntsälä, where Rantalainen already has a small office.
