Transdev Canada completed the acquisition of East Ferris Bus Lines.

Transdev Canada, a firm operating in the transit, student, paratransit and medical transportation sectors, completed the acquisition of East Ferris Bus Lines, a provider of transportation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The association of East Ferris Bus Lines with our growth plan is a major asset and we are convinced that together we will be able to address many new development opportunities.
