ByBox to acquire Pelipod from British Telecommunications.

ByBox, a global field inventory management company, agreed to acquire Pelipod, a provider of secure collection points for field service engineers in the UK, from British Telecommunications, a provider of communications solutions and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the years Pelipod have established a reputation for providing excellent service through their talented personnel and broad locker network. Joining forces with ByBox is the next logical step in their growth, as ByBox is solely focused on providing innovative, cost-effective inventory management solutions to its field service customers globally.
