Wind Point Partners completed the acquisition of Envera Systems.

Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Envera Systems, a security solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to partner with Wind Point as we embark on our next stage of growth. Wind Point has a long history of supporting businesses as they scale into market leading platforms.
