Hillier Garden Centres completed the acquisition of Rosebourne.

Hillier Garden Centres, a horticultural business with more than 155 years of expertise, completed the acquisition of Rosebourne, an operator of a contemporary garden center. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted that we have been able to secure a sale to Hillier with such a strong horticultural pedigree and a family run business.
