BWT Pool-backed Lincoln Pool Equipment, a national distributor of commercial swimming pool equipment, chemicals and supplies, completed the acquisition of Austral Pool Solutions, a distributor of Australian brands for the pool & spa industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very pleased that Jon enabled us to invest in Austral, which will provide another key distribution channel to the broad range of BWT pool water treatment products in Australia.
