HM Hospitales completed the acquisition of Centro Médico Arganda.

HM Hospitales, a private Spanish hospital group, completed the acquisition of Centro Médico Arganda, a comprehensive health center with multiple Medical and Dental Specialties. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This center has always maintained contact and closeness with the town of Arganda del Rey and its surroundings, being a reference point of health excellence for the inhabitants of the zone," Dr. Santiago Ruiz de Aguiar, HM Hospitales Director.
