Amundi, an asset management company, completed the acquisition of Hotel Club Soho House Paris from Compagnie de Phalsbourg, a company specializing in commercial real estate and hotels. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Soho House Paris is an innovative hotel concept that meets new needs and new expectations in terms of hospitality. This acquisition is perfectly in line with our diversification strategy, while remaining on quality assets, meeting criteria of centrality in leading cities in Europe,” Marc Bertrand, Amundi CEO.
