Calisen completed the acquisition of MapleCo from Equitix.

Calisen, a British energy company based in Manchester, completed the acquisition of MapleCo, an energy company, from Equitix, a UK investor, developer and fund manager of core infrastructure assets internationally. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am delighted that our proposed acquisition of MapleCo has today completed having received all necessary regulatory approvals. We will now focus on the integration of MapleCo, which will enable us to enlarge our customer base and further deliver Smarter Energy for All.
