A&M Capital Advisors-backed Carton Pack to acquire Ondapack.

A&M Capital Advisors-backed Carton Pack, a company in Bari specialized in the production of specific packaging for the fresh products industry, agreed to acquire Ondapack, a paper manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sellers, some of whom maintain an operational role in the company, were assisted by the Law Firm Pavia and Ansaldo, with a team formed by partner Alberto Bianco and by Erica Lepore, in relation to all legal, corporate and contractual aspects, by Stefano Oddo as M&A Advisor with regard to the financial aspects, and by the ETX Studio in relation to tax issues.
