IOG Resources II completed the acquisition of the Appalachia gas assets of Seneca Resources.

IOG Resources II, an energy investment platform, completed the acquisition of the Appalachia gas assets of Seneca Resources, an oil and gas field exploration services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The producing gas assets consist of non-operated wellbores primarily located in Clearfield, Elk and McKean counties, Pennsylvania with current net production of approximately 17 mmcfd.
