ELCA Cloud Services to merge with EveryWare.

ELCA Cloud Services, a provider of IT infrastructure services, agreed to merge with EveryWare, a firm angered in the analyzing, designing, building, and operating business-critical cloud platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
