Anna, Riccardo and Andrea Illy completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in Gruppo Illy, a provider of confectionary products, from Francesco Illy. The choice stems from Francesco Illy's desire to concentrate on the wine sector: for this purpose he bought the entire Mastrojanni farm in Montalcino.
