Octium Group to acquire the PPLI business in Liechtenstein and Ireland of Insurevolution.

Octium Group, a provider of PPLI solutions, agreed to acquire the PPLI business in Liechtenstein and Ireland of Insurevolution, an insurance group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "A clear indication of the Group’s ambition, as it becomes the leading provider of PPLI solutions in Liechtenstein and facilitates the overall intent of developing its footprint beyond the EEA," Dara Hurley, Octium CEO.
