Epika Fleet Services, a network of mobile and in-shop preventative maintenance service centers, completed the acquisition of Managed Mobile, a mobile fleet maintenance firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Adding Managed Mobile to the Epika network is a huge step in better serving our customers in the California and Nevada markets.
