SC Capital Partners, a Singapore-based private equity real estate manger, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, a sovereign wealth fund owned by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, agreed to form a joint venture to target data centre investments across the Asia Pacific region, with a primary focus on Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Australia.
