Sazerac to acquire Rowland Acres Industrial Park from LLCEDA for $600m.

Sazerac, a privately held American alcoholic beverage company, agreed to acquire Rowland Acres Industrial Park from LLCEDA, a development holding, for $600m. “We’re delighted to bring new jobs to London-Laurel County and appreciate the warm welcome shown to us by the city leaders and Economic Development Authority,” Mark Brown, Sazerac President and Chief Executive Officer.
