The Metro Group completed the acquisition of Metropolitan Hospital Holdings from TPG-backed Evercare.

The Metro Group, a group of young healthcare professionals, completed the acquisition of Metropolitan Hospital Holdings, a provider of healthcare services, from TPG-backed Evercare, an integrated healthcare delivery platform.
