Kelso-backed Novvia Group completed the acquisition of Innovative Container.

Kelso-backed Novvia Group, a provider of high-quality packaging solutions and customized services, with domestic and international customers, completed the acquisition of Innovative Container, a plastic, metal, glass, and corrugated container distributor.
