Regnology completed the acquisition of K-Helix from KPMG.

Regnology, a technology firm, completed the acquisition of K-Helix, a financial services software provider, from KPMG, a multinational professional services network. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to be acquiring KPMG’s K-Helix reporting business, which will help us in our mission to simplify and digitalise regulatory reporting for our clients across the financial services space. Spotting opportunities to acquire either products or business offerings which have strong synergies with our own is a strategic priority for Regnology, and this marks the latest in a series of acquisitions which will enhance our business and improve our offering for clients," Rob Mackay, Regnology CEO.
