Veritas Capital-backed Babel Street, a data-to-knowledge company, agreed to acquire Rosette, an AI-powered text analytics platform, from BasisTech, a company provides businesses and governments with advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions for deriving insights from multilingual text, connecting data silos, and discovering digital evidence.
