CloudWave, a provider of healthcare data security, completed the acquisition of Sensato Cybersecurity, a managed cybersecurity services company focused on protecting healthcare providers from ransomware events and other cybersecurity threats. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As a managed cloud service provider to hundreds of hospitals, CloudWave has witnessed how devastating a cyber event can be to healthcare organizations.
