Hyatt Hotels to acquire the lifestyle hotel brand and management platform from Dream Hotel Group for $300m.

Hyatt Hotels, a hospitality company, agreed to acquire the lifestyle hotel brand and management platform from Dream Hotel Group, a hotel brand and management company, for $300m. “Hyatt has a proven track record of preserving what makes lifestyle hotels special and is the ideal new home for our growing Dream Hotel Group brands.
