UnipolSai, an Italian financial services company, completed a 70% stake in Unicasa Italia, a real estate services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Unicasa Italia by UnipolHome has the aim of promoting the development throughout the country of the condominium management business and commercial synergies with its own services and with the products of the Unipol Group.
