Multiconsult to acquire Roar Jørgensen.

Multiconsult, an engineering services provider, agreed to acquire Roar Jørgensen, an engineering consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy that Roar Jørgensen has chosen to become part of Multiconsult. With the acquisition, we secure additional competence and presence in the region especially towards the construction management and fire engineering.
